These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Furlong mobile application and website at getfurlong.com (together, the "Service"), operated by Furlong ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Furlong. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into Furlong, including horse records, training logs, health records, billing information, and media. We do not claim ownership over your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve the Service.
Furlong offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment terms, renewal, and cancellation are governed by the respective app store's policies. We do not process payments directly.
Prices may change with reasonable notice. If you cancel a Pro subscription, you retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, after which your account reverts to the free tier.

Furlong includes AI-powered features that analyse your horse data to generate insights and recommendations. These features are for informational purposes only and do not constitute veterinary, medical, or professional advice. You should always consult qualified professionals before making decisions about your horses' health, training, or racing.
You may export your data at any time using the CSV export feature. If you delete your account, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated insights or recommendations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Furlong shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Furlong from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect your use of paid features.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website or in the app with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in New York.
